Financial Details

We are incredibly thankful for the generous financial support of our donors, which allows us to make a significant difference in the lives of the people of Juving-6. Because of your donations, education that heralds a brighter future is available to many children who otherwise would not have had the opportunity to attend school.

 

We believe in financial integrity: only an extremely small percentage of our costs are used for administration fees, with all other monies supporting projects benefiting the community. None of our staff or board members are paid; we rely solely on volunteers from Canada and Nepal.  Projects are identified by the people of Juving, and we respond as our funds allow.

Donations and money raised through fundraising during 2022 totalled $35,897.71 (including $6.84 in interest income). This money was raised through our annual Garden Party fundraiser; a Fall Frolic fundraiser; other donations; and the ATB Cares program, which matched online donations. In 2022, we sent $24,905.37 to Nepal to benefit the community of Juving.

Donations may be made through Canada Helps. While we formerly accepted donations through ATB Cares, we no longer do so as ATB Cares is no longer offering preferred service.
