To support the Juving Development Society and its board from Canada, you can focus on initiatives that address the specific technological and educational gaps identified in the school's survey.
Ways to volunteer:
1. Technology & Digital Infrastructure Improvement
The school’s computers are over a decade old and in poor condition. You can support the board by leading a Tech Modernization Project.
2. Educational Resource Development
Current learning materials—reading charts, storybooks, and poems—need replacement.

Curriculum Kits: Develop a fundraising drive for curriculum kits to provide the funds for teachers to modernize their learning materials.

English Language Exchange: Facilitate a "Pen-Pal" connection between the school and a Canadian classroom. This directly supports the board’s goal of improving students' English and English literacy through meaningful, real-world communication.
3. Professional Development & Mentorship
The board provides funds four of the six teachers who all have teaching certificates and are eager for extra training.

Strategic Advisory: Offer to assist the board with long-term planning, such as creating a roadmap for a scholarship program.
4. Fundraising & Scholarship Support
The Juving Society already has a merit-based scholarship system for Grade 10 graduates.
