Celebrating Progress: A 2025 Update from Juving

Since our journey began in 2006, the Juving Nepal Development Society has remained dedicated to partnering with the village of Juving to support their community-led initiatives. We are proud to share several major milestones and ongoing commitments as we move through 2025.

The Evergreen Project: Now Open!

Following our commitment in 2022, we are thrilled to announce the completion of the community center, known as The Evergreen Project. This versatile space is already making a tangible difference by:

• Hosting vibrant community events.

• Serving as a hub for traveling medical clinics.

• Providing a dedicated space for the unique culture of leadership and collaboration that defines the Juving villagers.

  
  

Sustaining Education at Shree Dip Jyoti School

Education has been the heart of our mission since 2007, when we first began supporting the upgrade of the school. Today, we continue to ensure that the students of Juving have the resources they need to succeed:

• Staffing Support: We currently fund the wages for four of the six teachers at the school.

• Essential Gear: Our long-standing program provides warm school uniforms and backpacks to encourage attendance during tough winter mountain weather.

• Scholarship Opportunities: The Juving School Committee manages two scholarship programs based on both academic merit and financial need, encouraging students to continue their education past Grade 5.

  
  

Why Your Support Matters

We take great pride in our financial responsibility and proven track record of project completion. When you donate to the Juving Nepal Development Society, 95% to 98.4% of your dollars go directly to projects in Juving, removing immediate barriers to education for local youth.
