What's next?

With the help of Canadian Donors, the Juving-6 School Committee has completed the planned 5-rooms-plus-office/library school. It’s a beautiful facility that sees after-school use for village meetings and events, becoming a community hub as well as a centre for education. 

 

This year we'd like to provide the school with a playground and basic sports equipment such as a slide, swing set, soccer balls, and volleyball net. Currently, the school has no sports equipment and there are no playgrounds within a day's walk of the village, meaning most children do not have the opportunity to ever play in a playground. Sports and playground activities provide opportunities to use imagination, socialize, and just have a different kind of active fun. With funding from our Society, the villagers will purchase the equipment and organize delivery and installation. The estimated cost of this project is around $2000.
